Most couples choose the full weekend experience: Friday to settle in, Saturday to celebrate, and Sunday morning to leave without the rush. Off season weekends and weekday weddings give you more ways to make Bella's fit your date and plans.
Off season full weekend weddings.
Get the full Friday-through-Sunday experience in the quieter months, with more scheduling flexibility and the same relaxed Bella's weekend.
Weekend Wedding Experience.

Noon Friday through noon Sunday. Friday is for decorating and rehearsal, Saturday is for the wedding and reception, and Sunday morning is for cleanup without the rush.

A simple weekday option for elopements, micro weddings, vow renewals, and couples who do not need a peak-season weekend. Access runs noon to 9 PM.

Setup and Tear Down
For couples who want family and friends off the setup and cleanup list while keeping their own vendors, decor, and wedding style.

Additional approved labor beyond the agreed setup plan is billed at $75 per staff member per hour.

Tables and chairs are included in every package. No rentals to coordinate, no extra invoices.
Outdoor Ceremony Space
Plan for an outdoor ceremony at Bella's, with indoor backup inside the venue if weather becomes an issue. Fire pits and string lights keep the outdoor setting part of the evening.
Flexible Setup
Bring your caterer, photographer, florist, DJ, planner, and your own style. Bella's provides the space, tables, chairs, venue cleanup, and bar service when alcohol is part of the day. If you want extra hands for decor, ask about the optional Setup and Tear Down service.

Can we have our ceremony outdoors?
Yes. We have outdoor ceremony space at the front and back of the venue. If weather becomes an issue, we can move the ceremony inside the venue space.
What's included in every package?
Tables and chairs are included in every package. Linens are available as a +$300 package. Setup and Tear Down is optional and starts at $1,500. The Weekend Wedding Experience includes the Farmhouse Suite for Friday and Saturday overnight stays. For other packages, suite access can be added when available. If alcohol is part of the day, it is served by Bella's bar.
What guest count works best?
Bella's is most comfortable for 100 guests and is a strong fit for weddings in the 50 to 125 guest range. We can host up to 150 by approval, but that is the absolute max and layout matters.
Who is Bella's best fit for?
Bella's is best for couples planning a smaller wedding with close family and friends, flexible vendors, and a weekend that feels like their own. If you are planning a 200-guest wedding or want a full-service team to decorate and coordinate everything, we probably are not the right fit.
Do we have to use specific vendors?
No. Bring your own caterer, photographer, florist, DJ, planner, and decorating team. Bella's handles tables, chairs, venue cleanup, and the bar when alcohol is part of the day.
Can Bella's handle setup and tear down for us?
Yes. Setup and Tear Down starts at $1,500 for standard weddings up to 125 guests. Bella's can set the outdoor ceremony area, place planned decorations, gather trash from guest and vendor areas, and pack up decor after the event. Couples provide the decor, setup plan, supplies, and clear instructions. Planning, design, floral work, vendor management, rental returns, and hauling items away from the venue are not included.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No. Outside alcohol is not allowed. Alcohol is served by Bella's bar so drinks stay simple and staffed for your guests.
What days are weekday weddings available?
Weekday weddings are available Monday through Thursday. Peak season weekends are reserved for full weekend weddings, and off season full weekend weddings may have more scheduling flexibility.
Can guests stay overnight on the property?
Yes. The Farmhouse Suite is included with the Weekend Wedding Experience for Friday and Saturday nights. For other wedding packages, the suite can be added for day-of use or an overnight stay when available. Hotels in Norwalk and Des Moines are within easy reach for additional guests.
How do we hold our date?
