When couples tour Bella's, they usually have the same questions: When can we decorate? Where can we rehearse? Do we have to clean everything up Saturday night? Inna and I created the Weekend Wedding Experience to give couples more time for all of it.
You can check in at noon Friday, decorate without rushing, hold your rehearsal, get married on Saturday, stay in the suite, and come back for your things Sunday morning. Your access ends at noon Sunday.
This is how couples usually use the weekend. It is not a required schedule. We are flexible, and we will help you build the day around your ceremony time, vendors, and the people who matter to you.
Why couples choose the full weekend
We do offer a one day wedding package. It works well for some couples. But we also see couples start with one day and later upgrade once they realize how much has to happen before and after the ceremony.
With the weekend package, decorating happens Friday instead of during hair and makeup. The rehearsal has its own time. And when the reception ends Saturday night, nobody has to start packing centerpieces at 11:00 p.m.
Friday: settle in and get the big things done
Your private access code starts working at noon Friday. It opens both the venue and the Farmhouse Suite, so you can arrive when you are ready and begin setting up.
Most couples use Friday to bring in decorations, meet vendors, run through the ceremony, and have dinner with close family and the wedding party. You can hold the rehearsal dinner inside the venue. It has a full kitchen and can accommodate up to 150 guests with approval, although Friday dinner is usually much smaller.
Later, people can sit around either firepit or spend time outside under the string lights. We provide one bundle of firewood. You can bring more if you plan to keep the fire going.
Saturday: your wedding day
Saturday morning is much easier when the room is already decorated. You can eat breakfast, finish a few details, and get ready in the suite while your vendors arrive and set up.
A couple of weeks before the wedding, we do a final walkthrough with you. We go over the spaces, timing, and any last questions. We are usually on the property during the wedding. Sometimes we work the bar ourselves, and sometimes we hire bartenders who know Bella's. If we are not right beside you, we are always available by phone.
An example timeline for a 4:00 p.m. ceremony
This example uses a 4:00 p.m. ceremony. Your actual times will depend on your vendors, the season, and whether you plan to do a first look.
Breakfast in the suite
Eat something, put on music, and let people arrive without also trying to decorate the venue.
Hair, makeup, and getting ready
Spread out between the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room.
Lunch and the last small details
Take a break to eat while the photographer starts on detail photos and the vendors finish setting up.
Get dressed and take photos
This is a good time for a first look and wedding party portraits if you want them before the ceremony.
Guests arrive
Guests park, find their seats, and settle in while the wedding party gets out of sight.
Ceremony
Get married outside at the front or back of the venue. If the weather changes, the ceremony can move inside.
Cocktail hour and family photos
Guests visit while you sign the marriage license and finish family pictures.
Dinner, toasts, and first dances
Move through the formal parts of the reception, then open the dance floor.
Dancing, firepits, and sunset photos
Enjoy the party. Step outside for a few photos if the light is good.
Bar last call
Bar last call is at 10:30 p.m.
The event ends
Guests leave for home or nearby hotels, and you can walk back to the suite.
The suite is more than a place to sleep
The Farmhouse Suite sleeps up to six people. It has two queen bedrooms, two twin beds in the loft, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and covered patio. The main bedroom looks out toward the wildflower field.
For winter weddings, there is a wood burning fireplace and heated concrete floors. Most brides and bridesmaids get ready in the suite, but that is not a rule. Grooms and family members have used it too. You can arrange the morning in the way that works best for your group.
At 11:00 p.m., you are done for the night
Bar last call is at 10:30 p.m., and the event ends at 11:00 p.m. Make sure your DJ and transportation company know those times before the wedding.
When the night ends, you do not need to start cleaning. Go back to the suite. We take down the tables and chairs, remove the trash, sweep, and mop. If you rented tablecloths from us, we handle those too.
Sunday morning: pack what you brought
Your access code works until noon Sunday. You can sleep, have breakfast, and then gather your gifts, decorations, and personal items.
You are responsible for taking apart and removing the things you brought. We handle the tables, chairs, trash, and cleaning. The work still gets done. It just does not have to happen at midnight in wedding clothes.

What the weekend package costs
The Weekend Wedding Experience starts at $4,000. That includes the venue and suite from noon Friday through noon Sunday, tables and chairs, and outdoor ceremony space. We do not add sales tax.
If you serve alcohol, Bella's handles the bar and has a $1,000 bar minimum. That makes the starting total $5,000 when alcohol is included. Linens, setup help, and other optional additions cost extra.

You will still have things to do, but you will not spend your wedding day racing the clock or end the night with a broom in your hand.
